Training
DataSoftPro has its rational in providing training on cutting edge technologies to empower consultants and enhance their capabilities, competencies, competitiveness and performance. Apart from honing our consultants' technical skills. We also focus on improving their communication and managerial skills.
Consultant Training:
Our Training Centers are manned by professional instructors who are equipped to impart training that goes beyond the bare minimum. The trainees will be taught skills ranging from Project Management to streamlining processes, controlling projects and maintaining discipline on budgetary and time deadlines.
Our primary Instructors and our staff review and update course content by drawing on their own experience and keeping their eyes and ears open to developments in the market. The trainees are given a hands-on experience, as near to real-time work environment as possible.
We do not allow our Consultants to waste time between projects. We see that they spend a major part of their bench time in our training center, where they are brought up to date with technological innovations, no matter how experienced they are in their respective areas. We make sure they are always available whenever the need arises.

Corporate Training:
We have provided these services to a variety of beneficiaries, apart from our own Consultants. Organizations of varying size and area of operations, private and public entities, have sent their personnel to be trained in our Center over the years
As with Quality Assurance in other areas, we also evaluate our Instructors for their effectiveness, their ability to create a proactive learning atmosphere and willingness to undertake useful knowledge Transfer.
End User Training:
A successful deployment of new technology must be followed by consonant end user training, lest all the work goes to waste or hibernates, causing irreparable losses in time and other resources.
We have always followed our implementation, reinstallation or up gradation projects with scalable end user training and made sure the new technology is left in good hands.
To that end we have devised end user training plans, that allow us to realize our and our clients' goals successfully.
Training goals:
Personnel undergoing software or technology transitions, are a potential and embarrassing source of loss of productivity or under-realization of the potential of the new technology. We make sure that such losses are minimal, by making the end users as comfortable and as quick, with the new technology, as they were with the older one, to begin with. The eventual goal is to get them to master the new technology and make them realize that there is a lot more that can be done with the new technology and that they need to modify their work preferences and practices towards that end
Assessing end user needs:
We are aware that software end users are not always tech-savvy and are sometimes hesitant to use the new technology. We assess their existing skills, their adaptability and their individual learning curves, so that we can impart right inputs during training sessions, depending on their individual assessment reports. We do not indulge in the wasteful practice of clubbing them all together and hoping that it will come good. It does not.

Instructors Profile:

They are experts in their subject with a minimum experience of 7-10 years. These instructors are not just fulltime teachers, but are also full time consultants, who have seen the software grow in front of them.
